Tiny Pulse’s ‘Raising the Bar Award’ goes to Instant On IT

We are pleased to announce that Instant On IT recently won the Tiny Pulse Raising the Bar Award 2016 in the Technology and Software industry.

Tiny Pulse is now used by about 500 companies around the world to gauge how happy their employees are at work. Tinypulse then analyses the data to calculate average ‘happiness scores’ by industry.

Having a happy motivated team is really important for Instant On IT. We have been using Tiny Pulse as an additional way of measuring our employees’ happiness at work and as a recognition tool for over 3 years now. It gives our people the ability to raise issues anonymously if this is preferable for them. The system also gives our team the ability to send ‘Cheers’ to a peer if they’ve gone the extra mile. Our CEO then rewards the employee who has received the most ‘cheers’ at our monthly team meeting. It gets quite competitive in the office but promotes a great supportive working culture!
